The Forum has a children's program on our full-day weeks - Family Day
During the Fall 2010 we started a Children's Service on the weeks
when we meet all day (usually the 2nd Saturday each month). The
children worship with us in the sanctuary during the liturgy portion
(hymns, scripture and readings) and then during the time we hear from
the guest speaker the children go to the reception area in the back of
the church for a special children's service. The service
emphasizes music and bible lessons. It often starts with singing.
Several of our children are quite good musicians and we encourage
them to share their music with the group. Lesson time includes
stories, discussions and sometime role-playing skits.
We encourage our members with children to make a special effort to worship with us, especially on these new Family Days.
